These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Omnidox website and waitlist. By accessing our website or submitting your email address to join our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Omnidox website ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Waitlist Terms

No Guarantee of Access

Joining the Omnidox waitlist does not guarantee you will receive early access to the platform or any access at all. Omnidox reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, who receives access and when.

Waitlist Order

We reserve the right to invite waitlist members in any order, which may not be strictly first-come, first-served. Factors such as suitability for beta testing, geographic location, practice size, or specialty may influence invitation order.

Eligibility

To join the waitlist, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a licensed healthcare provider, practice administrator, or authorized representative of a healthcare organization
• Provide accurate and truthful information

No Payment Required

Joining the waitlist is free. You are not required to make any payment to join the waitlist or receive updates. Pricing for the Omnidox platform will be announced separately at launch.

3. Acceptable Use

By using our Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to submit multiple waitlist signups
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other personal information from the Site

Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove you from the waitlist or deny access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the Omnidox Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Omnidox or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

"Omnidox," the Omnidox logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Omnidox. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

No License

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Site or its content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site without our express written permission. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (WHICH IS $0 FOR WAITLIST MEMBERS), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omnidox and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
