Google Business Profile

Fix The Box People Actually Click

Your Google Business Profile is what shows up before your website. Wrong category, missing photos, incomplete hours—people call the businesses that get this right. We rebuild yours from scratch.

The problem: incomplete profiles lose customers

When someone searches for a local service, the first thing they see is often a map with three businesses under it. That box, the Google Business Profile, is where most people decide whether to call. Many never click through to a website at all.

Most small business profiles were set up in five minutes years ago and never touched again. The category is too generic, half the services are missing, the hours are wrong on holidays, and there are three photos, one of them blurry. Customers compare that against a competitor with a complete profile and pick the one that looks like it's actually open for business.

What we fix

We don't tweak your profile. We rebuild it, working through every field Google gives you:

  • Category: the right primary category and the right secondary ones, chosen for how customers search and what Google can match you to
  • Services: every service listed one by one, with a clear description, instead of a single vague blurb
  • Business details: name, address or service area, phone and website, consistent everywhere they appear
  • Hours: accurate regular hours, plus holiday and special hours so customers never show up to a locked door
  • Photos: real photos of your work, your team and your location, organized and kept current
  • Booking links: a direct path from your profile to your booking page or phone line
  • Attributes and questions: the details that answer a customer's question before they have to ask it

Connected to your review system

Reviews live on your profile, so we treat the two as one system. The automated review requests we set up send your happy customers straight to your profile, and responses to reviews are drafted for your approval before they post. That keeps your rating, your review count and your profile activity moving together instead of stalling.

Everything here is included in one flat monthly price.

Why completeness matters for ranking

Google describes local results as a mix of relevance, distance and prominence. A complete, accurate, active profile is how you signal relevance: the right category and services tell Google what you do, and consistent details tell it who and where you are. Prominence comes from reviews, links and how well known you are online.

We can't change how far you are from the person searching. Everything else on that list, we can work on, and profile completeness is the most direct place to start.

Maintained monthly, not set and forgotten

A profile that was correct in January can be wrong by June: new services, new hours, a new photo worth adding, a description that needs updating. We review and update your profile every month, and you can see the result in your weekly ranking report.

Questions About Google Business Profile

Do I need to give you access to my Google profile?

Yes, manager access. You add us as a manager from within Google, you remain the owner, and you can remove our access at any time.

What if I don't have a Google Business Profile yet?

We'll create and verify one for you. If one already exists that you don't control, we'll help you claim it.

What if my business has no storefront?

Service-area businesses like plumbers and landscapers can hide their address and show the areas they serve instead. We set that up so it follows Google's guidelines.
