Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of this website and a summary of how our service works. A written agreement for your specific engagement will set out the details. If it conflicts with this page, that agreement applies.

The service

Omnidox provides a website rebuild, Google Business Profile optimization, an automated review request system, AI search readiness work, weekly ranking reports and ongoing optimization for a flat monthly fee of $749, with $0 upfront.

Billing and cancellation

• The plan is billed monthly. There's no long-term contract.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing nolan.planz@omnidox.org with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation fees.

90-day ranking guarantee

We record your starting ranking in your first ranking report. If your ranking has not improved compared with that baseline within 90 days of your work going live, you can request a full refund of the fees you've paid. We can't guarantee a specific position, and rankings depend on factors outside our control, including Google's own systems.

Ownership

You keep the pages and content we build for you, including if you cancel. Your domain name stays registered in your name. Third-party platforms such as Google are governed by their own terms.

What we need from you

To do the work, we need accurate information about your business and appropriate access to your Google Business Profile. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for approving content before it's published.

Reviews

We request reviews only from real customers, and we don't buy, fabricate or incentivize reviews in a way that breaks platform rules.

Using this website

Content on this site is provided for general information. Examples and calculations, such as the illustrative return figures, use round numbers and aren't a projection or a promise of results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Omnidox isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
